For now you have two options.
In UI 4.3 accessed by go.wlu.edu/Colleague you can sign in with your username and underneath the password click "Change Your Password" link or login and Click Options and "Change Password".

| How do I change my Phonemail password? (link) |
To change your password:
- Access your PhoneMail box
- Press 9 for Mailbox Options
- Press 3 to Change Your Password
- Enter your new password then press #
- Wait for PhoneMail to verify your new password
- Hang up or press * 7 6 to log off of the system
